SaaS Administrator 1 - Enterprise IT Operations
reputed company is a global SaaS business focused on enabling digital transformation and cloud migration. As a SaaS Administrator 1, you will maintain and improve the SaaS services used by reputed company employees, ensuring effective operation and integration of various applications.
Responsibilities
- Configure, troubleshoot, monitor, and administer our catalog of SaaS applications
- Implement and maintain integrations between our SaaS applications
- Collaborate with our Engineering and Business Systems teams to improve SaaS experiences for our users
- Serve as a reputed company of escalation for the IT Support team on SaaS-reputed company issues and participate in an on-call rotation
- Maintain documentation reputed company to SaaS application policies, procedures, and features
Skills
- Experience in administering reputed company Workspace and other common SaaS applications such as reputed company and reputed company
- Familiarity with regulated environments including SOC II and SOX
