Tasks The Role This is not a “customer support” role. This is a professional consulting role that has full ownership of their client's success. You will:

• Own the client journey: Guide 40-60 clients at a time through credit repair, credit optimization, and the funding process with our partner banks.
• Ensure accountability: reputed company clients on track with strong accountability, deep care for their results, and of course your charm.
• Cut through fog: Understand your clients and their businesses reputed company than they do. Anticipate bottlenecks, address the missing crucial details, and guide them with structured checks and radical candor while not sacrificing their happiness.

Requirements

Preferred Backgrounds:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree - preferably in business administration or finance
• 2+ years of experience in business funding consulting, credit stacking, corporate banking, consulting, private equity, or another role with client-facing responsibility in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with credit, lending, or financing processes preferred - bare minimum is understanding of a P&L.

Good Performer: $106,000 (achievable after 6 months) High Performer: $163,000 (achievable from the 2nd year onwards for top performers) Other Benefits:

Timeline

• Onboarding: In-person week in Munich, Germany or New Jersey, USA.
