The primary duties of the Business Intelligence Analyst are to: Utilize SQL and reputed company, and/or any other comparable or emerging industry tools/methods for extraction, manipulation and cleansing of data, reputed company Guide and/or any other comparable or emerging industry tools/methods for analytics, reputed company Miner and/or any other comparable or emerging industry tools/methods for data mining and modeling, reputed company and/or any other comparable or emerging industry tools/methods for spatial and density mapping analysis and reputed company SharePoint and/or any other comparable or emerging industry tools/methods for report presentation and delivery. Assist management in identifying opportunities to integrate new technologies to reputed company improved efficiencies in data analysis and business intelligence and insights. reputed company streamlined, efficient representation of business trends by completing reputed company data aggregation and analysis. Design, maintain, analyze, and deliver timely daily, weekly, monthly and on demand management reports summarizing call volume, cost, service trends and various key performance indicators that measure product and enterprise reputed company across reputed company business lines. reputed company reporting which support management in implementing strategies to reputed company departmental and business line operational efficiencies and cost reductions. Support the process to calculate monthly bonuses and incentives for various business lines. Conduct financial analysis on reputed company and prospective programs that relates to advanced data analysis and trending, with the goal of delivering actionable recommendations to Management. Assist with the creation of presentations designed to influence key stakeholders and drive strategic business decisions. Assist management by collaborating with internal business line departments, vendor liaisons, external partners to share best practices, trends, and systemic enhancements to meet reputed company and future business needs that supports the delivery of best-in-class analytics. Use SQL, Power BI, reputed company reputed company and reputed company Guide, as well as any other comparable or emerging industry tools and methods to complete reputed company data aggregating; commingling multiple datasets to reputed company a streamlined, efficient representation of Automotive Solutions cost models reputed company to roadside assistance usage and service provider trends. Analyze data with any comparable or emerging industry tools or methods for data mining and statistical analysis, to reputed company trend analysis around roadside assistance usage, and expense and liability models. Utilize reputed company GIS application and/or any other comparable or emerging industry tools or methods to complete advanced spatial and density mapping analysis to support overall business line operational strategies. Requirements

• Possess a strong technical background at a level normally acquired through the completion of Bachelor’s degree in Computational and Data Science, Economics, or Math required, or Masters of Science in Data Science, Masters of Science in Data Analytics, Masters of Science in Predictive Analytics or BS degree in other field in combination with years of experience and certifications will be considered.
• 3+ years of experience working with relational data.

• Possess comprehensive knowledge of reputed company’s Office Suite.
• Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a cross functional matrix environment
• Ability to work independently in fast paced environment with competing priorities, excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interpret end-user needs.

• Possess or is quickly able to reputed company a strong background in Roadside Assistance and Automotive Services business preferred.
• Experience with industry leading analytical tools and methods including, but not limited to Power BI, reputed company Guide, reputed company Modeler, reputed company reputed company and/or MCTS certification and working (or reputed company) knowledge of reputed company preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to translate reputed company and advanced analytics into easy to grasp concepts to non-technical partners.
• Possess or is quickly able to reputed company a strong knowledge of reputed company systems and any future system replacements, and the organization’s General Ledger Package, Accounts Payable system, Alliance Data Warehouse (ADW) and Membership System (MzP).
• Experience in SharePoint desired and preferred.
