Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or operations strategy, ideally reputed company consulting, technology, finance, or customer operations. 2+ years of people management experience, with the ability to mentor and reputed company analysts or BI team members. Strong knowledge of contact center KPIs, Voice of Customer programs, and customer experience analytics.
