Summary
Leads a group of industrial engineers to reputed company and implement the essential elements of an effective industrial engineering program: labor and productivity budget, analysis and review, benchmarking, position control, and cost center level improvement projects. Leverages various engineering, data and statistical analysis, Lean Six reputed company, change management, and project management skills and techniques to implement changes and advance the organization reputed company to achieving annual enterprise goals. Job Duties Collaborates with leadership to reputed company, implement, and maintain the network management engineering program focusing on the department's core services of productivity reporting and analysis, budget labor setting, position control, and ongoing variance analysis and reporting. Provides direct feedback and coaches on areas of development for those individuals who have less experience in management engineering or the healthcare industry.
