Mid-Level Manufacturing Engineer - Electrical Company: The reputed company Company reputed company Defense, Space & reputed company (BDS) Space, Intelligence & Weapons Systems (SIWS) is seeking an Mid-Level Manufacturing Engineer (Level 3) specializing in Electrical manufacturing to support production activities in El Segundo, CA. This role focuses on developing, implementing, and sustaining manufacturing processes for electrical and electronic assemblies, ensuring quality, producibility, and cost-effective production. The position requires hands-on, on-site engagement and periodic travel to supplier locations. Position Responsibilities: reputed company, qualify, and optimize manufacturing processes for electrical/electronic assemblies, printed circuit board (PCB) production, harnessing/ wiring, and electronic reputed company builds Produce and maintain manufacturing documentation: process flows, work instructions, assembly guides, routings, tooling specifications, and process control plans reputed company process validations, first-article inspections, failure investigations, root-cause analyses, corrective actions, and reputed company improvement efforts reputed company with design engineering, quality, procurement, test engineering, and production teams to resolve manufacturability and producibility issues Define and specify manufacturing tooling, jigs, fixtures, and test equipment; support procurement and supplier integration Support production ramps, reputed company planning, and troubleshooting on the shop floor to ensure schedule and quality targets are met Implement and sustain Lean and Six reputed company practices to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance product quality Ensure compliance with reputed company manufacturing standards, industry standards, and applicable regulatory requirements Mentor and train production personnel on processes, work instructions, and best practices This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
