Our data entry workflow is the foundation of our operations, and the quality of information being entered is of utmost importance. As a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician, you'll be responsible for entering prescriptions into our FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack pharmacy systems with attention to both accuracy and speed. You'll also provide exemplary community and reputed company support reputed company telephone and email.Responsibilities
- Interpreting and entering of prescription orders
- Profile-only data entry
- Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
- Checking emails and messages to pharmacy and responding promptly and professionally
- Investigating and solving community and/or reputed company issues
- Adjudicating insurance claims
- Leads by example exhibiting the CORE Values each day, adheres to arenaflex Behavior Standard
- Encourages teamwork and promotes company philosophy
- Attends required company meetings
- Completes reputed company required courses in adherence with PRS compliance system

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- Minimum of one year of experience in Healthcare Data Entry or Medical Record Management, preferably in a long-term or managed care setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified & Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois
- FrameworkLTC / DocuTrack knowledge a plus
- Timely and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, establishing rapport and working with others
- Professional demeanor and appearance with excellent customer service skills
- Highly organized and reputed company to detail
- Able to multi-task and work under deadlines
- Motivated, punctual, and reliable team member
