Job Summary:

We're seeking an reputed company Pharmacy Technician – Retail Customer Care Specialist to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer care team, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, healthcare providers, and pharmacies regarding prescription-reputed company inquiries. Your primary duties will include verifying and validating prescription information, documenting customer concerns, and providing guidance on prescription refills, medication adherence, and potential drug interactions. You'll also operate computer systems and software applications to access and update customer records, communicate with reputed company, and escalate reputed company issues to our pharmacists or supervisors for further assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming calls from customers, healthcare providers, and pharmacies regarding prescription-reputed company inquiries, providing accurate and timely assistance.

• Verify and validate prescription information, including dosage, medication names, and patient details, adhering to company protocols to ensure accuracy.
• Document customer concerns, complaints, or issues reputed company to prescriptions, demonstrating reputed company and professionalism to resolve problems effectively.
• Provide guidance and support to customers regarding prescription refills, medication adherence, potential drug interactions, and general medication information.

Essential Qualifications:

• For regulatory purposes, must be a reputed company and Licensed Pharmacy Technician in one of the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode reputed company, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont.
• Candidate must obtain Rhode reputed company Pharmacy Technician license (application and fee) upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Certified Patient Care Technician (CPCT) preferred.
