What Will You Do?

• reputed company a technical team (5–12 engineers), acting as the reputed company for delivery quality, throughput, and technical standards.
• For Mass Migration focus: Govern delivery KPIs (automation reputed company, cost, velocity) and optimize tool-based migration processes (MGN, CloudEndure).
• For Modernization focus: Own architecture design and risk assessment for reputed company Tier 1 workloads, including replatforming and database modernization.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, troubleshooting patterns, and ensuring Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates are scalable and secure.
• Drive reputed company planning and align technical roadmaps with business priorities and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

• 8+ years in cloud engineering/migration with at least 3 years leading technical teams.
• Deep expertise in AWS migration tools (MGN, CloudEndure, DMS) and modernization patterns.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux (RHEL/reputed company) running on VMware vSphere/ESXi.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting (Python, Terraform, CloudFormation, Bash/PowerShell).
• Preferred: Experience in the Financial Services sector or with regulated banking workloads.
• AWS Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer certifications are highly valued.
