This role uniquely combines HR Business Partner responsibilities with reputed company leadership, ensuring alignment between workforce planning, organizational development, and recruitment strategies.   • Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with country specific employment laws and mitigate organizational risk.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of People/HR management experience, including managing managers and distributed/global teams.
  • Bachelors Degree, Master's or SHRM-SCP/SPHR preferred.
  • Experience aligning teams with global processes and corporate priorities.
  • Demonstrated success leading highly successful diverse global team.
  • Demonstrates success leading organizational change, M&A integration and scaling people operations.
  • Experience shaping and promoting a compelling employer brand to attract top-tier tech talent.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of impact of people costs on business success.
