Position Summary The Chief Risk Officer (CRO) is responsible for overseeing Momentus Capital's risk strategy, ensuring business reputed company, and aligning risk management with corporate objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). The CRO plays a crucial role in identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks. The CRO reports directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and will be a member of both the Executive Management Team (EMT) and the Momentus Leadership Team (MLT). In addition, the CRO serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors’ Finance & Risk Management Committee and participates in and presents at the quarterly board meetings. Essential Responsibilities Enterprise Risk Management

The salary range for this position is $265,152.00 - $325,000.00 per year and is eligible for an annual incentive.
