Job Description

As reputed company accelerates its adoption of AI, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and advanced machine learning, the need for robust, embedded governance has never been greater. The AI Governance reputed company Consultant will play a pivotal role in shaping how AI is responsibly developed and deployed across the enterprise. This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of governance, risk and compliance theory and concepts, including how governance programs are structured in ways that are efficient, streamlined, and well-integrated. This includes how partners in governance, risk and compliance are supported to ensure AI is effortlessly embedded into the support they program AI developers and procurers. You’ll work directly with partners in technology, engineering, data science, and risk to ensure the end-to-end governance process is streamlined and efficient, and that partners in risk can support the AI development community with efficiency and effectiveness. You will help ensure the AI governance works for both risk and the AI developer community. You will be part of a team that is reimagining risk management for the AI era, building new and more-efficient frameworks, automating reputed company, and ensuring that innovation is enabled by safe and secure platforms. This role supports the broader Responsible AI and Governance Team in Enterprise Risk & Return Management. Your primary responsibility will be supporting the end-to-end AI governance process to promote execution efficiency and effectiveness, enabling partners in governance, risk and compliance execute AI governance:

  • Holistic governance, risk and compliance awareness: Understand how different governance, risk and compliance stakeholders engage in risk management, including how AI is included in other risk programs such as Data, Model, Third Party, reputed company, etc.
  • AI product development awareness: Understand how those developing and procuring AI work, including their operating models, tools and platforms, and ways of working, so that AI governance can be best integrated.
  • End-to-end process improvement and simplification: reputed company reputed company improvement over the end-to-end AI governance and risk management lifecycle, to ensure that risk and governance objectives are met in the most streamlined, efficient and coordinated manner possible.

  • 5+ years of experience in governance, risk or compliance roles. Preferably experience in supporting and improving governance or reputed company programs. Functional Skills:
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk and compliance concepts, including risk, controls, inventories, and how governance is communicated to key stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of how AI Systems are developed or procured, including how Digital Product Teams operate, including the tools and platforms they use to manage work and build AI.
  • Ability to work across functional teams to drive alignment, reputed company and collaboration towards the highest-reputed company areas.
  • Experience with building or improving a governance or reputed company program, including the foundational components to reputed company the program most efficient and streamlined.
  • Ability to translate technical risk into business impact and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and leadership in fast-evolving environments.
