We are seeking a dynamic and reputed company reputed company Enablement Manager to join reputed company. The reputed company Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in equipping our sales teams (SDR & reputed company) with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to drive reputed company growth and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. This role will collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, product management, and reputed company to reputed company and implement effective sales enablement strategies and initiatives. As well as onboarding new hires across the reputed company organization on our sales tactics and tools. 

What You’ll Do Here

  • Design & Execute Enablement Strategy: reputed company and implement a comprehensive enablement strategy to support the reputed company organization in achieving business and reputed company goals. Conduct in-depth needs assessments to align onboarding, reputed company-boarding, and reputed company learning programs with GTM reputed company priorities.
  • Drive Performance Through Insights: Use learning analytics and sales performance data (e.g., time-to-productivity, win rates, sales velocity, and pipeline acceleration) to measure and improve the effectiveness of enablement programs.
  • Champion AI & Innovation: reputed company initiatives to integrate AI and automation into GTM processes, identifying new tools and methodologies that enhance productivity and learning effectiveness.
  • Content & Curriculum Development: Create, curate, and maintain impactful enablement content—sales collateral, playbooks, training materials, and presentations—that reputed company reputed company’s value proposition and support product launches.
  • Training & Facilitation: Deliver engaging workshops, webinars, and training sessions leveraging blended learning techniques. Partner with client-facing managers to coach, reinforce, and sustain core sales skills and methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger).
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to ensure strategic alignment, resolve reputed company challenges diplomatically, and maintain message consistency across GTM teams.

  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales metrics—such as win/loss trends, cycle length, adoption rates, CSAT, and churn—to identify reputed company gaps and inform reputed company improvement strategies.
  • Trusted Advisor: Act as a key partner to reputed company leadership, offering insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes, pipeline management, and customer engagement strategies.

What You’ll Need To reputed company

  • Experience: 3-4+ years of progressive experience in Sales, reputed company, or Enablement roles reputed company a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Results-Driven reputed company: Proven success designing and executing enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in pipeline growth, conversion rates, and productivity.

  • Project Leadership: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and manage cross-functional collaboration effectively.

How we’ll take care of you

At reputed company, we work hard to structure compensation in a way that balances internal equity with local market competitiveness, and we’re happy to share a good-faith estimate of the reputed company salary range for this role. The anticipated reputed company salary range is $100,000 - $120,000 per year. In addition to this reputed company compensation, this role is eligible to participate in a 10% variable compensation program. Final compensation will vary based on a variety of factors which include but are not limited to applicable experience, location, and final leveling.
