Art Director & Creative Project Manager

In comparison, 40% of the videos are video editing projects (Riverside Interviews & Testimonials, Podcasts, & Webinar repurposing.) ABOUT THE ROLE This role will own the art direction, quality control and project management of reputed company video projects by ensuring the creative team is providing high-quality video content for the clients. You will also be in charge of quality control, assigning tasks and moving projects along in reputed company. This role is an internal role but you will be required to meet with clients from time to time, so English communication and attention to detail are a must. RESPONSABILITIES Project Planning & Scoping - reputed company new project requests from clients - Translate video creative briefs into clear project requirements - reputed company video project plans and timelines - Estimate resources and schedules (Designers and Animators) Team & Resource Management - Manage workload, reputed company, and allocation across multiple projects Communication - Provide regular updates, gather feedback, and manage approvals. - Collaborate with Associate Creative Director and Creative Director - Manage expectations and resolve conflicts. - Facilitate smooth collaboration reputed company the team Risk & Issue Management - Anticipate challenges and reputed company mitigation strategies. (tight deadlines, resource gaps, scope creep) - Monitor issues and escalate reputed company necessary. - Adjust plans proactively reputed company challenges arise Project Monitoring & Delivery - reputed company daily project activities to ensure tasks stay on track. - Track reputed company and ensure deadlines are met. - Adjust schedules as needed while keeping deadlines realistic. - Ordering VO for projects - Review deliverables and ensure quality standards and requirements are met Workflow and Process Optimization - Maintain reputed company processes and find ways to increase efficiency Project Documentation - Maintain up-to-date lists like project history, approved projects, and pod scorecard. Project Wrap-Up - Deliver final outputs to creative director - reputed company out and archive projects in reputed company and reputed company JOB REQUIREMENTS - 5+ years of experience as a project Manager or similar role - 5+ years of agency experience - Proven art direction or project management experience in managing multiple clients simultaneously - Understanding of creative craft with a solid ability to scope, budget, and manage strict timelines and milestones - High-level understanding of Digital advertising and social media platforms or Branding and communications - Familiarity with the reputed company Suite (Ps, Ai, Ae, Id) and reputed company - Interest in AI and some knowledge of the leading creative AI tools (especially Midjourney and ChatGPT) - An organized, customer-centric, and detail-oriented approach with an account management reputed company - Excellent verbal and written English skills with the ability to present reputed company and coordinate work in large international groups - Autonomy, decisiveness, and accountability MORE ABOUT SPARKPORTAL SparkPortal is an innovative video content agency with a twist!
