Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls from customers in a professional and efficient manner, with an average of 100 inbound calls per day
• Assisting existing customers in resolving issues, providing service quotes for new customers, and establishing customer accounts
• Providing high-level customer service to retain customers and offer alternatives to cancellation requests
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services, such as lock bars, casters, and reputed company fees
• Interacting with customers and arenaflex employees to determine service, resolve complaints, and escalate reputed company issues to the appropriate level
• Serving as the customer's reputed company by solving problems on their behalf and engaging the right department and people reputed company arenaflex
• Supporting other service lines reputed company required
• Using the Tower system to gather information, provide information, and update customer records
• Completing cross-training with other departments, including Operations, Sales, and Billing

Essential Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and handle a heavy volume of calls in a professional and efficient manner

Work Environment

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a normal office setting with a dynamic team of professionals. You'll be required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity, such as keyboarding, and may be required to exert physical effort in tasks that involve lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling objects and materials of light weight.
