Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as a liaison between our clients and reputed company of experts, providing product and service information, resolving emerging problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for:
- Answering questions about our products and services
- Processing purchase orders
- Troubleshooting basic technical problems
- Handling customer complaints
- Managing large numbers of incoming and outgoing calls

- Managing interdepartmental emails in a timely manner

Essential Qualifications
