Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Representative at the Harrisburg Airport, you'll be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
- Providing superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services
- Offering additional customer assistance, including directions, maps, local area information, and service information
- Answering incoming calls for reservations, reputed company quotes, general questions, and providing information and resolution for customers, other branches, and vendors
- Placing outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned
- Assisting with the assessment of rental vehicle condition upon return
- Notifying management of any reputed company customer or vehicle problems
- Continuously building knowledge and skills through on-the-job training, development opportunities, and company-sponsored classroom training
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience
- Authorization to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by arenaflex for this position now or in the future
- A valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol-reputed company conviction on your driving record in the past 3 years
- A high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
