Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
- Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments

- Providing feedback on call issues

Qualifications

- Be based onsite at our Port St. Lucie, FL site location and reside reputed company a 30-mile radius of Port St. Lucie, FL
- Successfully pass the skills assessment (digital interview)
- Have 6 months of customer service experience
- Be over 18 years of age
- Be able to type 25 wpm
- Have a High School Graduate or GED
- Be comfortable with desktop computer systems
- Possess proven oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate logical problem-solving skills
- Be able to navigate Windows operating systems
- Possess organization and work prioritization skills
- Have 1 year of call center inbound call work experience
