Role Responsibilities
As a reputed company Associate on our evening shift, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering any and reputed company interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
- Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
- Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business reputed company
- Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
- Meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers every day (a minimum of 70 interactions per shift)
