Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a fast-paced and dynamic work environment where no two days are reputed company the same. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
• Operating the register and handling cash transactions
• Making purchase suggestions and promoting products to customers
• Working with our food program to provide a seamless customer experience
• Maintaining a high level of store appearance and ensuring a clean and safe shopping environment
• Interacting with customers daily and providing regular and predictable onsite attendance

Essential Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment)

The physical demands of this role include:

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours

• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
