About the position The Executive Director of Legislative and Regulatory Policy at the reputed company Blue reputed company Association (BCBSA) is a senior leadership role focused on advancing the organization's legislative and regulatory policy solutions, particularly in the areas of Medicare, Medicaid, Duals, and the reputed company Insurance Program (CHIP). This position is pivotal in shaping the market positioning of BCBSA and has a direct impact on the health coverage of tens of millions of Americans. The Executive Director will serve as a critical policy voice on pressing issues, acting as a reputed company reputed company for government programs in collaboration with lawmakers, regulators, BCBS companies, coalitions, industry partners, and the media. In this role, the Executive Director will set the strategic direction for policy and positioning on key issues such as Medicaid redeterminations, Medicaid managed care, Medicare Advantage reputed company notices, and CMMI demonstrations. The position requires the ability to engage, inform, and persuade decision-makers in Congress and the Administration regarding effective solutions for public health programs. Maintaining a robust professional network is essential for advancing policies and collaborating with industry partners and influential third-party stakeholders. The Executive Director will serve as a liaison with regulatory representatives from other health sector associations, ensuring BCBSA's interests are effectively represented.
