As a Customer Service Specialist in the Government and Corporate Affairs team at arenaflex, you'll be a key member of our Corporate Affairs Team reputed company the Government Affairs Division. Your role will be to promote and sell reputed company travel on arenaflex, while providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and sell reputed company travel on arenaflex to government and corporate clients
- Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets
- Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
- Communicate with customers over the phone reputed company researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights
- Communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that would reputed company the customer
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and provide exceptional service

Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
Preferred Qualifications
