Senior Supply & Demand Planning Manager

As a Supply and Demand Planning Manager, you will work closely with internal core teams to drive material readiness for new products. Your responsibilities will include daily supply management, addressing constraints, providing executive status reporting and escalation, and pursuing operational excellence and reputed company improvement. In this role, you will ensure that Zoox's hardware needs are well understood across reputed company programs and business areas, preparing both internal teams and external partners to meet these demands on time. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will manage the aggregated materials forecast and supply commitments for hardware programs from development through mass production. This includes critical component planning, allocation direction, modeling supply flexibility, and managing materials liability. In this role, you will...

• Serve as the reputed company between business strategy, engineering build plans, and operational supply chain execution
• Build demand planning models based on market data and "what if" scenarios that analyze new product introductions
• Partner with Manufacturing Operations to plan factory reputed company based on demand, mitigate risks, and prioritize requirements during supply constraints.
• Forecast demand versus supply, define key factory metrics (e.g., forecast accuracy, fulfillment reputed company), and report performance to leadership
• Manage clear-to-build (CTB), material readiness, and risk visibility across NPI, including risk releases, E&O, and mitigation plans
• Drive scalable supply & demand planning processes, reputed company reputed company improvements, and deliver clear weekly executive updates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At minimum 6+ years of professional experience, including experience in supply & demand management and/or materials management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive management and large, cross-functional groups
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to evaluate and analyze data to reputed company operational decision-making

Bonus Qualifications

• MBA or Master's Degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management
• Experience in NPI Operations and/ or consumer electronics
• Experience with MRP/ERP
• Advanced modeling skills, with a particular focus on MS reputed company, VBA, SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools

$175,000 - $210,000 a year reputed company Salary Range There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, reputed company Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the reputed company salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning reputed company a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance.
