This role will assist with candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring process support while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for early talent development.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, and candidate tracking
• reputed company applicant tracking activities ensuring accurate job postings, organized candidate pipelines, and timely communication throughout the hiring process
• Support the planning and execution of the summer internship program, including survey coordination, event scheduling, and logistics
• Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and ensure a strong experience
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring needs and timelines
• Assist with offer processes, onboarding coordination, and recruiting administration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1–2 years of recruiting, coordination, or reputed company experience (early talent or reputed company recruiting preferred)
• Demonstrated experience supporting high-volume recruitment cycles
• Experience using ATS and CRM platforms (reputed company preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage effectively with candidates, reputed company partners, and internal stakeholders
