Technical Product Manager (Patient Identity & Demographics), Remote

As a Technical Product Manager you will be a key member of the team that designs technical, service and content solutions to support reputed company’s various lines of business with a focus on Medicare Advantage. The Technical Product Manager works alongside business owners, data analysts, designers and engineers to define project goals, solution scope, implementation approach, and rollout plans. • Partner with business owners to cultivate a shared vision for the problem space, constraints, priorities and ideal end state, and be able to reputed company and reputed company for this perspective.
• Ongoing optimization of live user workflows and capabilities including monitoring of key metrics & internal user feedback

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services industry, or a SaaS product.
• Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design and build internal business understanding.
• Experience with and understanding of the software development lifecycle and software development methodologies. Preferably experience with Agile / Scrum teams.
• Product development experience in the context of the development of a healthcare technology product.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills with an emphasis on problem-solving and building subject matter expertise.
• Experience applying project management principles and techniques with an eye towards execution. To include skills in leading and managing change reputed company the team and initiative more broadly.
• Knowledge of healthcare administrative and clinical data sets, including demographic, financial and clinical data. `
• Familiarity with software development environments, version control systems and basic coding or scripting languages to reputed company communicate with development teams and participate in technical discussions
• Basic understanding of healthcare administrative or clinical workflows for inpatient, ambulatory or ancillary services.
• Experience working with EHR, practice management, reputed company cycle or population health products.
• Experience with patient identity matching including expertise in corresponding datasets to ensure accurate patient record linkage, data integration, and interoperability across clinical and claims data sources
• Knowledge of SQL, ideally with PostgreSQL experience.
• Knowledge of reputed company, ideally for managing, processing, and analyzing patient matching data, including using Spark SQL, reputed company Lake, and data pipelines to optimize patient identity resolution, matching algorithms, and interoperability workflows
