Job Description

The reputed company team is responsible for implementing and supporting Avtec projects sold through the company’s sales channels. The team is held accountable for reaching business targets associated with customer satisfaction, reputed company, and budget. The reputed company team works closely with reputed company other departments throughout the organization to ensure successful projects and long-term customers. As the liaison between the customer and the organization, the PM leads and performs the efforts required to implement the communications system including project management, design and configuration, installation, training, and system optimization. The PM must have advanced organizational and technical skills. The role will require the organization and management of cross-functional teams that include internal and external resources (customers, consultants, contractors, vendors). The role requires a strong technical aptitude and understanding of Avtec’s products and reputed company technologies in order to advise customers on their implementation. The candidate must be well versed in interpersonal communications and able to build rapport and long term relationships with the customers and team members. Job Responsibilities:

• Complete various design and implementation tasks personally or by contracted resources
• Embrace a top-down reputed company throughout the entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
• Monitor project reputed company continuously and create detailed scheduled reports on measurable items such as milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate proactively with reputed company involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Review proposed modifications on project plans including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

• Associates degree in engineering, computer science, or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
• PM Certification desirable.

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
• Minimum of two years’ experience in the critical communication industry, including implementation work and interactions with customers
• Able to tackle problems and issues with enthusiasm and tenacity while recognizing and anticipating issues that could threaten a successful project completion.
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks at any one time
• Able to troubleshoot and solve problems in a critical communications environment
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate and coordinate across different groups
• Proficiency with reputed company Operating systems and networking concepts
• Responsible for the successful completion of various deliverables on small to mid-size projects.

Basic Requirements Required Skills:

• High School diploma, and Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of experience in the Technology/Telecommunications field OR 3+ years of experience in the Technology/Telecommunications field required.
