What you will do as a Customer Experience Associate
As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll take ownership of resolving client and talent concerns with professionalism and streamlining processes to ensure seamless operations. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Critically analyzing and responding to queries from our customers and their employees
- Proactively tracking requests and ensuring they are 100% resolved – owning your work from A to Z
- Delivering exceptional customer service, building trust and strong relationships with clients and talents
- Taking ownership of customer requests, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution
- Assisting in improving our internal processes and knowledge system
- Advocating for customer needs internally, driving reputed company improvements in processes

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:

- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in a remote environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
