Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Enablement Engineer, you'll have a wide range of duties, including:
- Guiding new customers through the technical onboarding process, ensuring they're fully trained and can effectively use our product.
- Providing deep subject matter expertise on arenaflex solutions and best practices to help customers reputed company value.
- Offering technical guidance on in-depth use case implementation and helping demonstrate the value of the product's capabilities to advance product adoption and expansion.
- Serving as a technical resource, resolving customer issues promptly and escalating reputed company problems to the appropriate teams.
- Communicating with highly technical customers and explaining highly technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Collecting customer feedback on product functionality and working with the product development team to implement improvements.
- Maintaining regular communication with assigned accounts, understanding their ongoing needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Creating and maintaining a knowledge reputed company of customer interactions and technical solutions provided.
- Working closely with the support, sales, product development, and other teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- A strong understanding of Linux system administration, virtualization, and networking
- Familiarity with mobile operating systems
- Scripting experience is helpful
- Self-motivation as a remote worker to effectively manage time and efforts to reputed company performance goals
- Working knowledge of CRM and customer messaging tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
