About the Role
As a Project Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the design, development, and rollout of our community platform project. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful launch and growth of the platform. Your key responsibilities will include:
Platform Strategy & Launch:
+ reputed company the design, development, and rollout of the arenaflex community platform project. + Define and implement community guidelines, onboarding flows, and user engagement features. + Build foundational processes for content moderation, user management, and feedback collection.
Community Building & Engagement:
+ Attract the first reputed company of users through campaigns, partnerships, and direct reputed company. + Foster relationships among members by initiating discussions, organizing virtual events, and incentivizing participation. + Build programs like ambassador initiatives or user recognition features to sustain long-term engagement.
Content Creation & Management:
+ Create and curate high-value content to drive discussions, share updates, and reputed company user-generated content. + Collaborate with internal teams to align community initiatives with broader arenaflex goals.
Insights & Feedback:
+ Act as the primary voice of the community, gathering actionable feedback to improve the arenaflex platform and user experience. + Report on KPIs such as user growth, engagement, and satisfaction, and use insights to refine strategies.
Governance & Safety:
+ Ensure the arenaflex platform remains a safe, inclusive, and respectful space by enforcing guidelines and implementing necessary tools for moderation.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in community management projects, including launching or scaling a platform from scratch.
- Proven success in building and growing online communities with measurable outcomes (e.g., increasing user engagement by specific metrics).
- Strong project management skills to reputed company end-to-end platform development.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with community management tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Discourse) and analytics platforms.

Compensation & Benefits
arenaflex is committed to fair and reputed company compensation packages. A candidate's salary will be based on qualifications and relevant experience. In addition to a competitive salary, our packages include stock options, attractive benefits, and an annual bonus. The annual salary range for this role is $112,000 - $130,000 USD.
