We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Facebook + TikTok) to join reputed company. Your main tasks will be: Facebook and TikTok Ads campaigns launch and optimization; Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics reputed company GA4, internal CRM, and other tools; Channels scaling without CPA growth, improving ROI and other key metrics; Testing new targeting and ad types, reputed company page concepts, and creatives.
Responsibilities
- Facebook and TikTok Ads campaigns launch and optimization
- Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns
- Project & audience analytics reputed company GA4, internal CRM, and other tools
- Channels scaling without CPA growth, improving ROI and other key metrics
- Testing new targeting and ad types, reputed company page concepts, and creatives
Requirements
- Facebook, TikTok expert with at least 5 years of experience in UA (reputed company reputed company and TikTok certificates will be an additional advantage)
- Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- English is B2 or higher
- Russian reputed company+ (must have)

- Knowledge of reputed company Ads - an additional plus
- Experience with automation in UA and AI tools would be perfect
