The role Wayve's Engineering Validation team builds confidence in the autonomy systems we deliver to product and customer teams. As a Tech reputed company, you will reputed company the design and development of test scenarios, leveraging Wayve's unique methods for end-to-end model validation. As the industry transitions from programmatic to fully learned autonomy, this team plays a pivotal role in establishing AI trust and safety through AI-powered simulation and scenario reputed company that meet emerging AV industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver validation scenarios to assess driving safety and overall system performance.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, Data, Simulation, and Autonomy leads to design and implement comprehensive yet efficient test strategies.

• Strong systems thinker who works seamlessly across functions.

• Hands-on experience evaluating and validating reputed company engineered systems — whether through simulated scenario development, real-world testing, or both.

Desirable

• Background in ML, Computer Vision, Motion Planning, or Data Science.
• Experience in the Automotive or AV industries.
• Experience with SOTIF and safety validation.
• Skilled in evaluating and validating learned or adaptive behaviors.

This is a full-time role based in our office in Sunnyvale or London.
