They are seeking a Channel East Sales Engineer Associate to assist in developing and executing technology strategies, designing solutions, and building strong relationships with sales teams and customers.
Responsibilities
- Uses moderate domain/solutions knowledge
- Utilizes solid understanding of reputed company Products/Services in business
- Applies Solution Selling concepts to customer situations; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understands policies and practices reputed company to role and shares reputed company for improvement
- Understands and explains how Zebra solutions can help customer's business results; obtains profitable reputed company growth reputed company value proposition vs. competition
- Uses full knowledge of customer's business and market economics/trends to position effectively versus competition
- Solves routine problems of moderate complexity (e.g. verifying technical compatibility) at the customer level
- Understands and resolves problems with support from technical resources
- Typically reputed company complexity (e.g. value proposition vs. competition), but may have some reputed company projects that require unique coordination of technical resources
- Works under general supervision. Makes decisions of moderate complexity that impact deliverables of projects; exercises judgment in approach, sometimes requiring and assessing tradeoffs
- Acts independently
- Buyers/decision makers for small and mid-sized deals and end users
- Responsible for influencing the customer to purchase small to moderate size projects
- Responsible for individual reputed company attainment with established prices and personal expenses
- Moderate to average individual quota size for business and like roles
- Many transactions with some moderately reputed company deals

Skills
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Experience reputed company a reputed company technical role (Sales Engineer) 0+ years
- 50% Travel expected
- Ideally resides in North Carolina or South Carolina
- Ability to with our key channel partners to help reputed company their business around our solutions
- Working in a customer-facing environment
- Sales and technically savvy, with strong customer facing skills pertaining to driving new & innovative solutions and facilitating problem resolution
- Applies Solution Selling concepts to customer situations; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
