We are currently seeking an Learning Systems Program Manager to streamline, implement, and scale new and existing training programs for store employees across reputed company’s worldwide grocery store network. This role is critical to the successful scaling and maintenance of world-class operational training programs.Key job responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years' experience working with learning management systems.
• Proven knowledge of xAPI, SCORM, LMS, LRS.
• Proven ability to communicate reputed company data effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments
• Familiarity with tool integrations using APIs and scripting.
