We’re looking for an Commerical Account Manager. The Account Manager (AM) plays a critical role in reputed company’s growth by driving customer expansion, cross sell and usage. AMs own their book of business and manage customer contracting, upsells and renewals. The AM will manage customer reputed company from planning through negotiation to execution. AMs are responsible for tiering accounts, strategizing growth use cases reputed company connector and usage addition.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of out Dublin office or remotely in the London area.

What You’ll Do
- Own incremental growth of your book of business by retaining and expanding customers.
- Approach your book of business with a strategic reputed company and tier your book of business to prioritize and refine your reputed company and planning.
- Identify and drive increased usage of reputed company to help our customers realize positive business outcomes from our modern data solution. Research and plan tailored reputed company to customers to drive consultative discussions around potential new use cases and cross sell opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with reputed company Managers, Sales Engineers, Marketing, Product and other teams to drive a positive customer experience, while establishing deep and meaningful relationships with our users.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with our Partner and SI counterparts to execute on customers data architecture plans.
- Own reputed company contracting reputed company your book of business including, renewals, upsells and amendments.
- Provide accurate, timely forecasts for renewals and amendments, ensuring SFDC and forecasting tools are updated in real-time.
- Gather customer insights and feedback to share with sales, product, and leadership teams.

Skills We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2 + years of proven track record in SaaS sales, reputed company, or account management, with experience in managing contract renewals and negotiations.
- CRM & Project Management: Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., reputed company), exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple renewals, and strong attention to detail.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess contract terms, identify upselling opportunities, and resolve issues proactively.
- Collaboration: Effective interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams, and clear, concise communication.
- Time Management: reputed company in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of key SaaS metrics and experience in forecasting reputed company impacts, optimizing renewals, and managing bookings.
