Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing incoming electronic and hard-copy records into arenaflex-approved storage, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our policies and procedures.
- Preparing and scanning hard-copy documents into electronic format, maintaining the reputed company of our digital files.
- Assisting with tracking custody of official files and their contents, whether in electronic or reputed company format, to ensure seamless access and retrieval.
- Responding to requests to locate, retrieve, return, or update items, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Reviewing electronic and hard copy files for accuracy and proper organization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Assisting with transfer, closing, retention, and cleansing of files in accordance with arenaflex procedures, ensuring compliance and data reputed company.
- Complying with arenaflex policy, procedures, and workflows reputed company to information storage and governance, and assisting with communicating these standards to arenaflex personnel.
- Providing high-quality customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing input to management about workload and workflows, contributing to process improvements and efficiency gains.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in basic computer skills (MS Office, Outlook email) and familiarity with office equipment such as scanners and printers.
- Attention to detail and ability to comprehend and follow instructions, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to communicate clearly in a professional setting, both verbally and in writing.
- Critical thinking skills and good judgment to discern priorities and identify areas for improvement.
- Physical reputed company to push, pull, or move carts and lift boxes up to 20 lbs, with reasonable accommodations made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
