Key Responsibilities:
As a Specialist, Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Service, you'll play a vital role in promoting and selling reputed company travel on arenaflex. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promoting and selling reputed company travel on arenaflex to government and corporate clients
- Preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, and preparing and issuing tickets
- Answering inquiries regarding general travel information and resolving customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
- Communicating with customers over the phone reputed company researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights
- Communicating new rules, policies, and procedures that would reputed company customers
- Collaborating with the Corporate Affairs Team to reputed company and implement strategies that meet the needs of our government and corporate clients
What You'll Need for Success:

Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training + Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills + Ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution + High level of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable + Satisfactory attendance required
Preferred Qualifications:
