Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling incoming service calls, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with reputed company to identify and position new solutions that align with customer needs, while maintaining a positive and courteous attitude.

Responsibilities

* Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and needs

• Provide information about their reputed company plans and products, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Identify and position new solutions that align with customer needs, and provide clear and concise explanations of product features and benefits
• Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy, using your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
• Work collaboratively with reputed company to resolve customer complaints and concerns, and provide a positive and courteous experience for every customer

Work at Home Requirements

* High-speed internet with at least 10 Mbps download speed (no satellite)

• Quiet, secured workspace

Additional Requirements

* 18+ years old and high school diploma/GED

• Must be willing to work 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
