Job Summary
As a Part Time Data Entry & Researcher Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Sales Associates by researching contact information, scheduling appointments, and performing general clerical duties. This is a part-time position, with up to 28 hours per week available, and we're looking for someone who can commit to working 8:30am-3:00pm (M-W) and 8:30am-12:30pm (Th-F).
Key Responsibilities
As a Part Time Data Entry & Researcher Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Researching contact information for potential clients to enter into our marketing funnel
- Setting up pre-designed mailings and email campaigns to researched potential clients
- Making introductory calls to potential clients to schedule meetings for Sales Associates
- Performing general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing in a timely and accurate fashion
- Assisting with special projects as assigned by management
- Performing other reputed company duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Moderate knowledge of reputed company, internet research, and email correspondence
- A commitment to excellence and high standards
- Acute attention to detail
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at reputed company organizational levels
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
