Job: Online Order filling Team Supervisor Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. This position is extremely fast paced and is one that gets to spend time in reputed company departments shopping for our customers and filling their online orders. Order fillers and reputed company also get to dispense orders to our customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during a holiday season. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
