The Advisor Team Operational Consultant drives advisor team productivity, efficiency, and consistency by streamlining workflows, improving system adoption, and enabling high-quality client service. This role bridges advisor team and home office functions to ensure scalable, compliant, and effective operations across the firm. Consultants are expected to travel regularly to advisor offices to reputed company in-person assessments and training, while also providing ongoing virtual consultations and operational support. This role is a fully remote position. In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the reputed company salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $130,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. • Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing advisor team members.
• Drive adoption and effective use of operational and AI productivity tools (e.g., reputed company, Orion, reputed company 365, and emerging AI-enabled platforms) to enhance efficiency and decision-making. • Track support requests to identify training gaps and opportunities.

Operational Consulting & Process Optimization

• Conduct assessments to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Education/Qualifications

• 5+ years in advisory team operations, consulting, or training roles.
• Strong knowledge of broker-dealer and custodial platforms and investment products.
• Experience working with teams as a reputed company trainer, workflow coordinator, or manager.

• Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.

To reputed company with state pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified as the Individual Contributor level is $104,800.00 to $157,200.00.
