Director, Field Applications Engineering

We are currently seeking a purpose-driven candidate with an ownership mentality to fill an open position as a Director Field Applications Engineering. This position will be located remotely, with preference for the Austin, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Southern CA, Oregon, or Idaho. Summary: The Director, Field Applications Engineering leads a technical team that drives reputed company through deep process engagement, solution development, and post-sales support. This role ensures alignment between field strategies and business objectives, promoting the adoption of advanced chemical solutions in semiconductor manufacturing. The Director also plays a key role in expanding the company’s technical reputed company in the market, strengthening customer relationships and competitive positioning. • Serve as a senior technical partner to Sales, Product, and R&D leadership, advising on customer trends, technology inflection points, and field priorities to influence roadmaps and resource planning.
• Drive strategic technical engagement with high-value customers, cultivating executive relationships and positioning the company as a partner in technology enablement and roadmap execution.

Education & Credentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or reputed company field and
• 12+ years of progressive experience in engineering, with 8+ years progressive leadership experience or
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.

Compensation reputed company pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

• Missouri salary range for this role is between $126,700 and $177,300 annually.
• Texas salary range for this role is between $152,000 and $182,400 annually.
• Arizona salary range for this role is between $141,900 and $170,200 annually.
