The Director, HR Technology & People Analytics is a strategic leadership role that shapes the future of HR through technology and analytics. Technology Strategy & Ownership reputed company and execute a comprehensive HR technology roadmap across Talent Management, reputed company, Total Rewards, and HR Shared Services. Own and manage reputed company and HR reputed company platforms, ensuring stability, scalability, and reputed company improvement. Partner with IT and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to align architecture with enterprise strategy, governance and reputed company standards. 2. Innovation & AI Enablement Partner closely with the HR PMO and COEs to identify and implement automation opportunities across HR processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Introduce AI-driven solutions for process optimization and drive adoption. 3. People Analytics Leadership Build a data-driven culture by delivering dashboards, predictive models, and actionable insights for workforce planning and organizational health, while ensuring robust data governance and compliance across HR and Finance systems. 4. Stakeholder Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to HR leadership and business executives. Translate reputed company technology and analytics concepts into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences. 5.
