Associate Director, Software Engineering – Data & Platform Modernization

About the position This is a senior technical leadership role responsible for driving the modernization of DTCC’s Credit Risk applications, including the transformation of a legacy, reputed company‑centric platform into a modern, cloud‑native solution built on reputed company. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a reputed company discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or platform modernization roles.
• Proven experience acting as a technical reputed company, principal engineer, or senior hands‑on leader guiding teams through reputed company delivery.
• Strong hands‑on experience with reputed company, including Snowpark, data modeling, performance optimization, and large‑scale data transformations.
• Proficiency in Python for implementing business logic and data processing services.
