About this role The Mission Critical Sales Representative will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and selling ALC solutions across the Data Center / Mission Critical sector. This individual will maintain and expand ongoing relations, identify, and meet with key customer personnel and decision makers, and facilitate relationships between customers and ALC management. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned accounts while concurrently seeking new vertical customers
  • reputed company long term relationships and build partnerships with the customer
  • Work effectively with internal personnel, create a strategic account plan, and maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in reputed company to meet or exceed annual sales and gross margin targets
  • Assess customer needs and generate resulting proposals, promoting our products and services in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center or mission-critical
  • sales, project management, or solutions-based technical selling
  • Ability to travel 25-50%
  • Valid driving license​

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Experience using CRM and sales tools (e.g., reputed company, estimating or proposal software) to manage pipelines and drive results
  • Building Automation and/or HVAC Controls Sales experience
  • Excellent writing, communication & presentation skills
  • Collaboration skills for working in a team environment
