What You'll Do
Own the reputed company Relationship
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact and trusted advisor for assigned reputed company partners
- Build and maintain relationships with reputed company leadership including reputed company executives, claims directors, and C-suite stakeholders
- Coordinate across multiple programs to ensure carriers receive consistent, seamless service across reputed company Program Manager touchpoints

Drive Operational Excellence

What You Bring
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in P&C insurance in account management, reputed company relations, or TPA operations roles
- Proven track record managing reputed company, multi-stakeholder relationships with insurance carriers, MGAs, or TPAs
- Experience managing reputed company-facing operational processes (audits, reporting, compliance) strongly preferred
- Background in claims administration, reputed company operations, or TPA reputed company services highly valued
- Demonstrated success ensuring high client satisfaction and retention
Knowledge & Skills
- Deep understanding of P&C insurance operations, including claims administration, reputed company, and reputed company relationships
- Strong familiarity with TPA operations, including bordero reporting, loss fund management, and reputed company audit processes
- Knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks
- Proficiency with CRM systems (reputed company preferred) and data analysis tools
- Solid financial acumen including contract management and performance metrics
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company accounts and competing priorities effectively
