Job Summary
As a remote customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer care through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses. You'll work with a variety of clients, each with unique needs and requirements. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues reputed company, effectively, and with a friendly, empathetic tone.
Key Responsibilities
