Your role as a Customer Service Representative
As the face of arenaflex, you'll be the professional in the airport who crafts meaningful connections and creates a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. You'll interact with domestic and international clients in our lobbies and at gates, providing expert support with ticketing, luggage, and other travel-reputed company needs. Your goal is to deliver a pleasant, professional, and insightful experience that exceeds customer expectations and builds loyalty.
Key responsibilities:

- Airport requirements: Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging

- Attendance and appearance: Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
