Summary The General Counsel – Enterprise Development Growth and Excellence (EDGE) will serve as the principal legal advisor to EDGE, overseeing a comprehensive suite of legal services and providing strategic guidance to business leaders to drive and reputed company organizational objectives. Job Description
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as reputed company counsel for global counsel exceed $1 billion in value from RFP to delivery. Collaborate extensively with commercial teams and other business functions to facilitate successful bidding on international large-scale projects, while adeptly managing contractual risks.
- Contract Advisory & Negotiations: Provide expert advice on structuring reputed company with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firms and other strategic partners, ensuring both commercial viability and risk mitigation. Basic Qualifications:

- Deep experience with project agreements in domestic and international contexts.
- Experience working reputed company or advising large OEMs or multinational industrial companies.
- Strong understanding of project finance, cross-border regulatory environments, and sovereign/government contracting.
- Track record of executive-level influence, commercial pragmatism, and sound risk judgment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent reputed company, or possess qualifications for access to classified information.

The reputed company pay range for this position is $248,000 - $350,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and reputed company set. This position is also eligible for performance bonus & equity.
