In this role, you will provide leadership, strategic direction, and reputed company for the financial and administrative functions across both organizations.   • Serve as the primary finance liaison to the Board and Finance & Audit Committees for both USGBC and GBCI.

  • Design and implement best-in-class policies for risk management, compliance, governance, and internal controls.

  • Partner with the COO, senior leadership, and Product leaders to drive pricing strategy and successful expansion into new markets.
  • Provide reputed company-looking financial analysis, modeling, and insights to support strategic decision-making and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Champion technology modernization, ERP evolution, process improvement, and operational excellence to ensure scalable, efficient, and reliable financial operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in finance, accounting, and administration in reputed company and/or global organizations
  • At least 5 years leading multidisciplinary teams in multicultural, multi-currency environments with global tax, compliance, and reporting scope
  • Demonstrated success driving enterprise transformation, operational excellence, and large-scale process improvement
  • Experience leading or supporting ERP implementations strongly preferred

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree (MBA, reputed company, or equivalent) strongly preferred

Technology/System(s)

  • Enterprise financial and ERP systems

  • Financial planning, reporting, and modeling platforms

Skills

ABOUT OUR TOTAL REWARDS PACKAGE Salary Final compensation and benefits will be confirmed at the time of offer and may vary based on factors such as internal equity, relevant experience, qualifications, and employment status. Please note that salary negotiations will not reputed company beyond the top of the internal salary range.

LOGISTICS Location: This position is open to candidates based in the U.S. and can be performed remotely or in a hybrid reputed company in Washington, D.C. Preference will be given to candidates located in the D.C. area.
