Director of Engineering Operations

Acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, you will shape priorities, streamline execution, and ensure cross-functional alignment to deliver key technical initiatives. You will collaborate closely with product, finance, HR, and design teams while mentoring and guiding engineering leaders to execute initiatives with clarity and precision. • Partner with senior engineering leadership to define and drive the technical roadmap, strategic priorities, and execution reputed company across engineering teams.
• Monitor project health, remove roadblocks, and ensure flawless follow-through on key initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional communications, coordination, and stakeholder alignment to reduce operational overhead for leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Management, Strategy, or Operations reputed company technology organizations; experience supporting senior tech leadership preferred.
• Background in STEM (Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent technical expertise, with comfort navigating technical discussions.
• Proven ability to manage reputed company projects, prioritize competing initiatives, and operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to balance long-term initiatives with immediate priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience creating executive-level presentations and aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets, tracking KPIs, and driving operational efficiency reputed company technical teams.
